​Can I visit the sales office to purchase a townhome?

  • Please sign up for our Yonge & GO Townhome waitlist on our Yonge & GO page.  A sales representative will be in touch with information on availability

  • All Bradley Homes Yonge & GO Townhome information is available on our website

 

Is there a model of the Yonge & Go Townhomes?

  • Currently, all available renderings, floor plans, prices, closing dates, deposit structure, and standard features are available online

  • We do not have a model of our Yonge & GO Townhomes built to visit

 

Can I use cash or credit cards for my first deposit?

  • Cheque or bank draft are the preferred method of payment.  Credit cards are not accepted.

 

Can I pick my exterior colours?

  • The exterior colours are choosen by a colour and design expert and verified as well as qualified by architectural controls.  You do get to select your interior colours from builders select samples. 

 

Can I upgrade my townhome?

  • Bradley Homes will provide a list of upgrades that customers can add to their agreement of purchase and sale.  You will have an appointment with our colour and design expert that will guide you through the process

 

Do I need to have a pre-approval when I buy a home?

  • The lawyer information and the commitment letter from your bank or financial institution must be provided at your colour and upgrade appointment. 

  • Your colour and upgrade appointment will occur approximately 10 months before closing.
