STEP 1. FIND YOUR STYLE:

Browse through magazines, and online images to find inspiration. Save the images that speak to you.  It won’t take long before a theme will develop and you will have a good grasp of your design style.

STEP 2. DECIDE ON A BUDGET:

At Bradley Homes, we provide all of our homebuyers with an upgrade price list prior to their design appointment. Review this list and discuss your budget for any potential upgrades that you may like to purchase.

STEP 3. VISIT YOUR BRADLEY HOMES DESIGN STUDIO:

Select the finishes for your home by browsing and selecting the available options in our Design Studio. Take pictures of samples, and write down codes of items that you love. Visit as many times as you like.

Our Colour & Design Expert will contact you to book your personal appointment prior to the commencement of your home. They will guide you through the many decisions that you are required to make and help coordinate all of your selections to make sure your home will be exactly what you want and love!
