Important Information from Bradley Homes

Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and the evolving nature of restrictions on our society we have created this notification to provide up-to-date information. Bradley Homes prioritizes the safety and well being of all Canadians. We are working hard to continue to sell and deliver quality homes to families. 

There may be some delays as we work through the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our processes and procedures. We ask for your patience as we adjust, we will communicate any necessary changes here on our Bradley Homes website. 

Public Health Ontario is encouraging individuals and businesses to take measures to reduce interactions to help slow the spread of the COVID-19. In support of this directive, please contact our teams via email as listed below.

We will notify any homeowners of any plausible delays.
 

What Bradley Homes is doing to help support Health Canada’s mandates:

  • At this time, our head office will remain open with minimal staff in the office and best-practices of social distancing; please refrain from shaking hands and understand majority of our team will be working remotely.

  • We are working with our business partners to monitor the situation and support everyone on the Bradley team, our customers, and the general public.  

  • Currently, our build sites are open with construction continuing. 

  • Our Sales office will continue to support you in our Bear Creek Ridge sales office. We will only be providing support online and over the phone for now, however we have full capabilities of sharing all details on our homes via our detailed website as well as through email correspondences.  

  • To best support YOU, we can complete agreements online with support through email and over the phone.
