Once the agreement has been signed, all Bradley Homes come with a ten-day “cooling off” period, to give you piece of mind to know that you have time to look through the agreement. If you feel uncomfortable at any point during the cooling off period, you have every right to walk away from the agreement and get your full deposit back.
