  • Real-Time Status Updates. We live in a hyperconnected, digital world where mobile devices are commonplace. Know what the status is for your closing timeline, community links, agreement details, customer care inquiries and more by logging into our customer portal whenever you want, from wherever you are, and with any computer or mobile device.

  • A New Home Warranty. When you buy with Bradley Homes, we include the cost of a Tarion seven-year new home warranty upfront to ensure you’re protected no matter what.

  • Lot Levies and Applicable Taxes. There should be no guesswork involved when you buy a new home. That’s why we include all lot levies – development charges, education and county levies, and grading, permit, and tree fees – as well as GST and HST at the start. You’re buying a new home; you don’t want any unexpected surprises that will drive the cost up. (applicable to purchasers primary residence)

  • No Hidden Real Estate Fees. We will never shock you with any previously unknown or hidden real estate fees of any kind that are written in fine print. That’s not how we do business.

  • Design Consultant Appointment and Fee. You will have a lot of options to mull over for the types of upgrades and additional features you want to be built into your new home, and it can be overwhelming. We help clear the fog by including an appointment to meet with an experienced, professional consultant to help guide your decision-making.

  • An Open Concept Basement. Endless possibilities await as you consider how to transform your basement into whatever type of living space you desire. 

  • Rough-In Basement Bathroom. The future is tough to predict. Having the option of building a finished basement bathroom when you determine you need it is made far easier.

  • Rear Decks on All Single-Detached Homes and Walk-outs. You’ll be able to fully enjoy your backyard the day you move in by relaxing on your rear deck.

  • Drainage Wraparound Basement. You’re buying a home, not a sinking ship. We include a professionally installed waterproof membrane in your basement to prevent flooding and protect your home from water damage.

  • Innovative, Flexible Floor Plans. A variety of options, a world of possibilities. It’s entirely up to you.

  • Fully Paved Driveways. No deposit or extra money required. A professionally installed asphalt driveway running from the curb to your garage is included in the price of your new home.
